Laura Guzman Abello, MEng

Laura Guzman Abello is an industrial engineer with a Master’s degree from Universidad de los Andes. She has experience in research and consulting in organizational design, strategy and management oriented towards decision-making processes with a systemic and participatory approach. She has worked with public sector entities, international organizations and universities. Her work has focused on justice, health, and ICT systems using system dynamics. She is a lecturer at the Universidad de los Andes.
