Janet Velasquez

Janet Velasquez is a devoted leader who focuses on the well-being of her community and thrives through serving others. She is currently an upcoming sophomore at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, as a Criminal Justice Major with a minor in Social Work. Her plan is to work with youth in aim to guide them on the right path. Through her interest in working with youth, Janet became an intern at the Brown School. Janet enjoys helping others but also finds time to hiking or go on spontaneous picnics.
