Saras Chung, PhD, MSW is the Executive Director of SKIP Designed and an adjunct faculty at Washington University in St. Louis. She applies system dynamics to areas, such as urban public education and child/youth mental health, and has consulted and trained leaders both nationally and internationally on topics of social policy and practice.
