Clarissa Gaona Romero

Clarissa Gaona Romero is a rising senior at Ritenour High School. She is an active member of the Ritenour community and a proud member of Game Changers (Ritenour’s Social Justice Club), FCCLA, NHS, Soccer, and Marching Band. Through these various clubs and sports, she is able to further develop her leadership and team-building skills on a daily basis. Clarissa is passionate about change and helping others as well as spreading positivity whenever and wherever she has the chance to. She loves motivational quotes and becoming more knowledgeable to effectively share that knowledge with others. Clarissa has also participated in Changing Systems Summits in the past regarding student-teacher relationships and the value of education in partnership with Wash-U at Ritenour High School as well as the Summit last year on Youth Homelessness. She is excited to see the power of change that a group of young, intentional minds can enact through the course of this Summit.
