Trevor Hicks is an intern at the Social System Design Lab at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis where he is learning more about systems thinking and system dynamics. Trevor is part of the team that designs, leads, and facilitates this year’s summit on gun violence. For the past two years, Trevor has been working closely with the Social Justice Club at Ritenour High School to improve the environment throughout the school. Trevor graduated from Ritenour in June and is attending Harris-Stowe State University in the Fall. He is majoring in secondary education with the goal of becoming an administrator in the future. Trevor hopes that he can inspire change within the educational system one day. In his free time, Trevor enjoys nature, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends.
