Jasmine Richardson is a first year intern for the Social System Design Lab at the Brown School of Washington University in St. Louis. She is working with a select group of other interns to learn how to use systems thinking to discuss and prepare for the topic of gun violence during this year’s summit. Jasmine is a rising sophomore at Jennings High School in the college prep program, where she studies advanced curricula to prepare for college, and where she will be taking college courses her junior year. Jasmine also takes part in student council, which teaches her leadership skills and helps her evaluate solutions to the school’s problems. Always willing to help others, Jasmine loves service and is not afraid to represent a group and promote change in her community. Jasmine loves dancing, writing, and furthering her education.
