Jacob Eaton PhD Student

Jake Eaton is a PhD student in Public Health Sciences at the Brown School. His research applies system dynamics to studying food systems, with a specific emphasis on the human microbiome and evolutionary understandings of nutrition. Prior to joining the lab, he worked in education in Colorado and in Kenya. He received his MPH from Washington University and his BA in anthropology and English from Tufts University. He is also on a quest to find the world’s greatest hummus.
